Stayed here recently. Clean room with a cozy atmosphere. The children's playground kept the kids entertained for hours. Breakfast service felt chaotic. not enough staff made things slow. a nice spot for families.

the woodland pod was super cozy n clean, just right for our stay. the spa facilities were really great, made the whole experience relaxin. had a nice meal in the restaurant, def worth it! it's in a great spot for explorin the dales, perfect base for adventurin.

The food was a highlight, particularly the delicious gluten-free options available, and the leisure facilities were spotless. the carvery experience lacked atmosphere and had some overpowering flavors that didn’t quite hit the mark, leading to a less than ideal dining environment. The service was warm and welcoming, but some dining arrangements could be improved for a better overall experience.
